Azure Coast Phase II

Work Completed as a Designer at RTKL Associates, Inc.

Standing at an imposing height of 400m, Azure Coast Phase II aims to be the tallest building on the Qingdao, China skyline. The 250,000 square meter building includes a 3-story retail podium, Class-A international offices, a 5-star luxury hotel, service apartments, and a luxury sky bar and observation deck.

The tower is design to be Net Zero emphasized in the tessellated facade and tower form.
